It is more than 100% certain that it has 2GB, Apple never talks about memory, with Air 2 it didn’t either.
I’m curious to see how 6S performs but I won’t buy it for sure, pathetic battery in such expensive phone isn’t what I’m looking for. I guess, I will get used 5S then, if Apple doesn’t care about people who want something smaller
The iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus may be sporting 2 GB of RAM indeed
